Our Admissions Process

Step 1: Prepare Documents

Ensure all required documents are certified and ready for upload. This includes the learner's birth certificate, the last official school report, and proof of residence.

Step 2: Apply Online

Applications are processed through the WCED online portal. Click the 'Apply Now' button below to start your application.

Step 3: Confirmation

After submitting, you will receive confirmation via SMS or email. Keep an eye on the portal for updates on your application status.

Required Documents

The last official school Report Card of the learner
Proof of identity: A certified copy of the learner's ID, Birth Certificate, or Passport
Immunisation card (Road to Health Chart) for primary school applicants
Proof of Residence (e.g., rates account, lease agreement, or a certified affidavit)
For foreign learners: A study permit, temporary or permanent residence permit, or evidence of application for permission to stay in South Africa
